摘要

国家和广东省的产业结构升级,导致企业对人力资源管理专业人才需求的变化,为适应这种需求的变化,就需要对我院人力资源管理专业的教学进行再设计,这种设计的思维不能是片面的、孤立的,而是体系化的,从而形成我院人力资源管理专业教学的特点和竞争力。
        The upgrading of the industrial structure of our country and Guangdong province leads to the change of enterprises' demand for human resource management professionals. In order to adapt to this change, we need to redesign the teaching of human resources management major in our college. The thinking of this kind of design should not be one-sided, isolated, but systematized, thus forming the characteristics and competitiveness of the teaching of human resources management in our college.
