摘要
目的:观察实时超声弹性成像配合常规超声在甲状腺结节鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法:将2018年1月—2018年12月84例(89个结节)在我院接受治疗的甲状腺结节患者纳入研究对象,所有患者术前分别给予实时超声弹性成像诊断与常规超声诊断,比较单一诊断方式与联合诊断的敏感性、特异性、准确率,并将诊断结果与病理结果进行对照。结果:联合诊断甲状腺良恶性结节敏感性、准确性均显著高于单纯常规超声诊断与弹性超声成像(P<0.05),有统计学意义;与病理学诊断结果对照显示,联合诊断良恶性甲状腺结节符合率最高(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:实时超声弹性成像配合常规超声诊断甲状腺结节,具有较高的敏感度、特异性,准确率高,能够有效鉴别恶性与良性病灶,为甲状腺结节的早期诊断与治疗提供参考。
Objective To observe the application value of real-time ultrasound elastography combined with conventional ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules.Methods 89 patients(89 nodules)who underwent treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study.All patients were given real-time ultrasound elastography and conventional ultrasound before surgery.Compare the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of a single diagnosis with a combined diagnosis,and compare the diagnosis with pathological results.Results The sensitivity and accuracy of combined diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules were significantly higher than those of conventional ultrasound and elastic ultrasound imaging(P<0.05). Statistically significant,compared with pathological diagnosis,combined diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid gland The nodule coincidence rate was the highest(P<0.05),which was statistically significant Conclusion Real-time ultrasound elastography combined with conventional ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid nodules has high sensitivity,specificity and high accuracy.It can effectively identify malignant and benign lesions and provide reference for early diagnosis and treatment of thyroid nodules.
