摘要

阐述进口品牌柱塞泵在国内冶金行业的使用情况,分析引起常见故障的因素和近几年国内柱塞泵的迅速发展情况。部分企业通过自我研发创新,形成国产液压柱塞泵自有独特的技术特点,并发挥其应有的优势。举例说明了国产液压柱塞泵在冶金等行业成功的替代和应用案例。液压柱塞泵通过国产化替代进口,改变了以往对进口品牌柱塞泵高度依赖的局面,形成国内自有民族品牌,推动了国产液压柱塞泵技术水平和产业的发展。
        The application of imported brand plunger pumps in domestic metallurgical industry was described. The factors causing common faults and the rapid development of domestic plunger pumps in recent years were analyzed. Through self-development and innovation, some enterprises have formed their own unique technical characteristics of domestic hydraulic plunger pumps, and give full play to their due advantages. Examples were given to illustrate the successful substitution and application of domestic hydraulic plunger pumps in metallurgical and other industries. Hydraulic plunger pump replaces import by localization,which changes the situation of high dependence on imported brand plunger pump in the past,forms domestic national brand,and promotes the development of technology level and industry of domestic hydraulic plunger pump.
