对肿瘤标志物筛查阳性者实施健康教育的效果

摘要
目的探讨肿瘤标志物筛查阳性受检者接受健康教育的效果。方法将116例肿瘤标志物筛查阳性受检者按患者和家属意愿分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=56),对照组按照诊疗程序进行相应检查和提示必要注意事项,观察组在对照组基础上实施健康教育,比较分析2组受检者干预1个月后对肿瘤健康知识知晓率、不良行为改善情况、心理状态、遵医嘱行为。结果观察组肿瘤健康知识知晓率、个人不良行为改善情况都显著高于对照组(P<0.05);心理抑郁和焦虑等情绪明显优于对照组(P<0.05);遵医用药、定期复检等遵医嘱行为均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组6个月肿瘤标志物复检恢复正常值率为75.00%明显优于对照组44.64%(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤标志物阳性受检者中开展健康教育明显提升受检者健康知识知晓率,改善个人不良行为和遵医行为,调整受检者心理状态,能有效降低阳性受检者肿瘤标志物各项指标。
        Objective To explore the application efficacy of health education for the tumor markers-positive examinee. Methods The 116 positive subjects were divided into observation groups(n=60) and control groups(n=56) according to the wishes of the patient and the family. The control group was examined according to the procedure of diagnosis and treatment,and the observation group were carried out health education based on the control group. The knowledge rate of cancer health,the improvement of bad behavior,the mental state and the behavior of following medical advice after 1 month intervention were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The knowledge in tumor health and the improvement of individual bad behavior in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control one(P<0.05). Mental depression and anxiety were significantly better than control group(P<0.05). Compliance with medical treatment and regular recheck were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The normal recovery rate of tumor markers was 75.00% better in the observation group than 44.64% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Performing health education among the positive-tumor markers subjects to improve the knowledge rate of health knowledge,and improve the behavior of bad behavior as well medical compliance,adjust their mental state can effectively reduce the level of cancer markers.
