摘要
介绍了2种不同冗余系统的架构,根据糖厂压榨车间对自控系统稳定可靠的需要,设计一种更具性价比的S7-300软冗余控制方案,重点分析了软冗余系统在主备切换时间这一关键性能指标。
This paper introduced the architecture of two different redundant systems. According to the requirements for system stability and reliability in sugar mill, this paper designed a more cost-effective S7-300 software redundant control scheme with focus on the switching time between main system and standby system, which was a key performance indicator for the software redundant system.
