摘要
以某桥主跨531m钢桁拱桥主拱圈扣挂法合龙控制为研究对象,介绍该特大钢桁拱桥主拱圈合龙方案,分析影响无应力合龙目标的相关因素,建立拱肋架设有限元分析模型,进行无应力状态下的无应力索长求解和无应力构形确定,实现无应力合龙的目标。
Based on the project of the closure control method of the main arch ring of bridge,which is a steel truss arch bridge with the main span of 531 m,the design of the closure scheme of the main arch ring is introduced.The related factors affecting the non-stress closure are analyzed.On the basis of the establishment of the finite element analysis model for the erection of the arch rib,the solution of non-stress cable length and determination of non-stress configuration under non-stress state is got,which achieves the goal of no stress closure.
