高邮市国家级县域节水型社会达标建设实践与思考

摘要
近年,江苏省高邮市积极践行"节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力"的新时代治水方针,将节水全方位、全过程融入县域经济社会发展多项建设之中。对高邮市节水型社会达标建设指标完成情况进行总结,梳理了主要做法、措施、成效与经验,剖析了未达标原因,对下一步如何在更高水平上做好节水工作提出了思考与建议。
In recent years, Gaoyou City in Jiangsu Province has incorporated water-saving measure into the whole process of county economic and social development, under the general guidance to "prioritize water conservation,balance development with spatial distribution of water resources, practice systematic governance and achieve government-market synergy". The relevant practices have been studied so as to accumulate experiences and find out reasons of failing to meet the standards and indicators. It may help to reach the objectives of water-saving society establishment by specifying tasks and means of water conservation in the next step.
