主题特色小镇及广场规划设计中目标与策略的平衡——以平湖罗腾堡广场为例

摘要
通过罗腾堡小镇的规划实践案例,阐述当前新经济模式下,在特色小镇的规划设计中采用复合目标与复合策略的必然性与重要性,以及这两个子系统内部和外部的平衡与特色的关系,以期最终达到生产、生活、生态的"三生融合",进而提升全体参与体验者的精神愉悦度。
Taking the case of rottenburg as an example, this article elaborates the necessity and importance of compound targets and compound strategies in planning practice of theme featured towns under current new economic model. It also explains the relationship between the two subsystems' internal and external balance and their themes to achieve the ultimate target of ‘three life fusion' as production, life and ecology, and therefore enhancing the spiritual pleasure of all participants.
