摘要

目的讨论纱布填塞在外伤性肝破裂治疗中的应用。方法对我院2008年5月至2011年10月收治的8例重度肝损伤病人使用明胶纱布填塞止血。结果 8例经填塞止血均获成功,其中2例术后发生胆漏经充分引流自行闭合治愈。结论使用纱布填塞止血在重度肝损伤的治疗中是损伤控制性手术理念的体现,有助于提高肝外伤的救治成功率可发挥积极作用。
        Objective To discuss the application of packing hemostasis in the treatment of traumatic hepatic rupture. Methods 8 cases of severe liver injury in our hospital fom May 2008 to October 2011 were treated with gauzes packing hemostasis. Results 8 casesof the hemostatic tamponade were successful, in which 2 cases of postoperative bile leakage were spontaneously heal after full drainage. Conclusions The use of gauze for hemostasis in the treatment of severe liver injury is the embodiment of the concept of damage control operation, and help to improve the success rate of treatment of liver trauma.
