古代医家论治小儿久咳

摘要
中医文献依据慢性咳嗽的临床表现,多认为应属"久咳"、"久嗽"、"顽咳"、"风咳"、"痉咳"等范畴。历代医家论治小儿久咳的思路和角度有诸多不同,从培土生金、养阴润肺、制肝实肺、金水相生、温化痰饮、祛瘀化痰、酸涩镇咳七个方面整理了古代名医治疗小儿久咳的思路和方药。
According to ancient literature on clinical symptoms of chronic cough,it is regarded to the range of Jiuke,Jiusou,Wanke,Fengke,Jingke etc.. In various dynasties,doctors had different views on children's chronic cough. This paper is to rearrange 7 aspects on nourishing earth to generate gold,cultivating yin to moist lung,regulate liver to supplement lung,mutual generating between gold and water,warming to resolve phlegm,expelling stasis to resolve phlegm,cough calming with sour and astringent tastes.
