硝酸铵水溶液在包装型乳化炸药生产中的应用分析

摘要
以硝酸铵水溶液为水相制备乳化炸药,通过正交试验对硝酸铵水溶液pH值、析晶点、水相添加剂用量等影响因素对乳化炸药产品品质的影响进行了研究。结果表明,硝酸铵水溶液pH值为5.2~5.5、析晶点77~83℃、水相添加剂用量7%~11%时,所得乳化炸药产品品质较好。
        Ammonium nitrate aqueous solution was used as the liquid phase for preparation of emulsion explosive, and effects of pH value, crystallization point and an amount of liquid phase additives on the qualities of the prepared emulsion explosive were investigated by using orthogonal tests. Test results showed ammonium nitrate aqueous solution with pH within the range of 5.2~5.5 and the crystallization point within the range of 77~83 ℃, by adding additives at an amount of 7%~11% resulted in the emulsion explosive with better qualities.
