经皮椎间孔镜配合补阳还五汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘要
目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜配合补阳还五汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法腰椎间盘突出症患者分为两组,分别接受经皮椎间孔镜治疗(对照组20例)及联合补阳还五汤治疗(观察组21例),对比患者疗效差异。结果观察组患者术后2周及术后30 d内的VAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组治疗优良率分别为90.0%和95.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症采用经皮椎间孔镜配合补阳还五汤治疗效果显著,安全性高,值得在临床推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic surgery combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction(five) in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into 2 groups,treated with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic surgery(control group of 20 cases) and combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction(observation group of 21 cases),the VAS scores in the observation group 2 weeks after operation and 1 months after the operation were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Results The VAS score of the observation group within 2 weeks and one month after operation was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rates of the control group and the observation group were 90.0% and 95.2% respectively,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of lumbar disc herniation by percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy combined with Buyang Huanwu five decoction is effective and safe,worthy of promotion in clinic.
