乌干达钢铁工业的发展现状
摘要
截至目前,乌干达国内仅有少数几家中小型电炉钢铁企业,钢铁工业尚处于起步阶段。总体而言,废钢原料短缺、技术落后、员工缺乏必要的技能培训,这些先天不足严重制约了钢铁生产效率、产能利用率、产品多样性及企业的长远发展。由于不能严格控制产品质量,产品并不能完全满足本土基建项目的要求。乌干达作为中国全面践诺"一带一路"倡仪的重要落脚点和开展国际产能合作的重要地区,吸引了越来越多的中资企业投资建厂,一系列的基建项目正在如火如荼地进行之中。
