解建国教授应用乌梢蛇治疗疑难病举隅

摘要
乌梢蛇是我国传统动物药材之一,具有祛风湿、通经络、定惊止痉等功效,广泛用于多种疾病的治疗。现代药理研究表明,乌梢蛇具有抗炎、镇痛、消肿、解毒、升高白细胞等作用。解建国教授为国家级名老中医,临证四十载,学验俱丰,以辨证论治为基础,擅用乌梢蛇治疗各种疑难病,常获奇效。本文通过列举4例病案,突出反映解教授用乌梢蛇治疗各种疑难病的学术思想。
Zaocys dhumnade is one of Chinese traditional animal medicine, has the effect of reducing rheumatism, smoothening energy channel, calming the fear, relieving convulsion and so on, and is widely used for the treatment of many diseases. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Zaocys dhumnades have the effects of anti-inflammation, analgesia, detumescence,detoxification and increasing the amount of WBC. Professor Xie Jianguo, who is a national famous doctor, has a lot of learning and experience in his forty years of practice. Based on the syndrome differentiation, He is adept in using Zaocys dhumnades to treat all kinds of difficult and complicate diseases, often gets a surprise effect. The article highlighted Professor Xie Jianguo 's academic thoughts in treating all kinds of difficult and complicate diseases using Zaocys dhumnades. Four cases were cited.
