摘要
<正>静脉血栓栓塞症是一种常见的疾病,其中急性肺栓塞属于临床急危重症,存在较高的误诊率和漏诊率。近有研究表明高同型半胱氨酸血症是静脉血栓栓塞症的一项危险因素,在没有条件行计算机断层摄影肺血管造影或者肺核素灌注通气等检查确诊肺栓塞的基层医院,通过对血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的检测能帮助基层医生对该病进行初筛及预后评估,大大降低了医疗成本。本文就两者之间的相关性做一综述。一、静脉血栓栓塞症静脉血栓栓塞症(Venous Thromboembolism,
