摘要
为从锚杆(索)支护的角度进行巷道冒顶隐患预警,基于现场实践,提出了基于锚杆(索)支护力监测的巷道冒顶隐患预警方法,建立了锚杆(索)支护力基础预警指标与支护异常倾向识别指标体系,据此研发了巷道冒顶隐患预警仪,该仪器由锚杆(索)监测预警传感器和监测预警终端组成,采用多测点分离式设计,可有效分析处理巷道冒顶隐患预警指标。该技术在神东煤炭集团石圪台矿22301工作面回风巷进行了现场应用,应用效果良好,有效保证了巷道安全。
        In order to take early warning of the roof falling hidden danger in the mine roadway was conducted from a view of the bolt( anchor) support,based on the site practices,the early warning method of the roof falling hidden danger in the mine roadway was provided based on the monitoring and measuring of the bolt( anchor) support force. The basic early warning index of bolt( anchor) support force and the distinguishing index system of support abnormal tendency were established.Thus the early warning device of the roof falling hidden danger in the mine roadway was researched and developed.The device was consisted with the bolt( anchor) monitoring early warning sensor and the monitoring early warning terminal.A multi measuring point and separation design was applied to effectively analyze and handle the early warning index of the roof falling hidden danger in the mine roadway. The technology was applied to the air returning gateway of No.22301 coal mining face in Shigetai Mine of Shendong Coal Group for the site application. The application effect was excellent and the safety of the mine roadway was effectively ensured.
