浅埋薄基岩煤层回采巷道支护参数优化设计

摘要
针对榆家梁矿44305回风顺槽局部地区顶板岩层破碎、难以支护等问题,采用钻孔窥视仪,对巷道顶板岩性及裂隙发育情况进行分析。并通过建立FLAC3D数值计算模型,对巷道受采动影响后围岩垂直应力和塑性区范围进行模拟,得出巷道顶板最大破坏深度达到1.3 m。根据最大破坏深度并结合悬吊理论,进行巷道支护参数设计。现场工业性试验结果表明,支护参数优化后,巷道顶板下沉量有所减小,局部冒顶得到有效控制,取得较好的应用效果。
        Aiming at the problems of the broken roof strata and be hard to support in some areas of the44305 roadway for air return in Yujialiang mine, using the rock detecting instrument, the lithology of the tunnel roof, the situation of structure faces were studied. And through the establishment of FLAC3 D numerical model, the vertical stress and plastic zone size of the surrounding rocks after the influence of excavation were simulated, and the maximum depth of 1.3 m for roof damage was obtained. Roadway supporting parametes were designed based on the maximum depth of damage and combined with the suspension theory. The industrial test shows that the roadway deformation has been reduced and part of roof fall has been effectively controlled after supporting parameters optimization,and achieves good application effects.
