摘要

近年来,固原市作为全国率先开展农田残膜污染治理的地区之一,在各级政府的高度重视和支持下,农田残膜污染治理取得了显著成效。本文总结了固原市农田残膜污染治理的经验,分析了当前农田残膜污染治理现状、发展趋势和存在的一些主要问题,提出了从出台法律法规、完善机制体制、统筹布局规划、研究新型覆盖材料等方面进行农田残膜污染治理的对策。
        In recent years, as one of the regions that take the lead in farmland residual film pollution control in China,Guyuan has achieved remarkable results under the attention and supports of all levels of government. The experience of farmland residual film pllution control was summarized in this paper. The current situation, development trend and existing problems of farmland residual film treatment were analyzed. It is suggested that the farmland residual film treatment should be carried out from the perspectives of making laws and regulations, perfecting mechanism, following overall planning, finding new ways and studying new covering materials.
