乘务派班系统开发与应用

摘要
为提高乘务管理工作效率,实现乘务派班信息化管理和数据实时共享,通过对陕西城际铁路机场线乘务派班、人员信息、出退勤、待乘、走行公里统计分析,采用B/S结构与C/S结构设计开发乘务派班系统,系统能根据运营时刻表生成司机交路表、当值班表、轮值班表,司机走行公里和工时自动统计。数据写入服务器数据库,用户通过计算机、手机或平板电脑客户端登录操作,实现乘务信息实时上传、审核、下达、接收、查询。系统在乘务管理工作中进行了实际应用,减少了乘务派班员工作量,规范了员工行为,优化了作业程序、提高了管理效率。
In order to improve the efficiency of the crew management,implement the information management and real-time sharing of the crew dispatching,through the statistical analysis of crew dispatching,personnel information,exit attendance,waiting and walking kilometers of Shaanxi Intercity Railway airport line,this article used B/S and C/S structure to design and develop crew dispatching system.The system could automatically generate driver's route schedule,duty schedule,shift schedule,count the driver's walking kilometers and working hours according to the operation schedule.The data were written to the server database.Users logged in through the computer,mobile phone or tablet computer client to implement real-time crew information upload,audit,delivery,reception and query.The system has been applied in crew management,which reduces the workload of crew dispatchers,standardizes staff behavior,optimizes operation procedures and improves management efficiency.
