摘要
为了准确地预测复杂结构的受力性能,提出了一种替代方法来测量载荷,即True-Load载荷反求算法,这种方法有效的利用有限元技术,通过对应变片所测得应变值进行一系列的数学运算,从而求得构件在实际情况下所受的外部载荷值.以该种算法为工具,对货车摇枕进行了研究.依据研究结果可以看出,有限元建模的精确度以及应变片位置的选取对于试验结果具有较大影响,所提出的方法为根据应变反求出载荷的可靠性提供了参考.
        In practical engineering applications, various typical design structures are often subjected to complex loads. In order to accurately predict the mechanical performance of complex structures, it is necessary to accurately express the load condition. To obtain the load of a component in practice, a special load sensorcan be used, or the structure of the component can be modified. An alternative method of the inverse calculation algorithm of True-Loadis proposed to measure the load. This method effectively uses finite element technique to obtain the strain value of the strain gauge.A series of mathematical operations are carried out to obtain the external load value of the component in the actual situation. A freight car bolster is studied by using this algorithm. According to the results of the research, the accuracy of the finite element modeling and the selection of strain gauge position have great influence on the experiment results.This study provides some reference values for the reliable application of this load calculation from strain gauge measurement method.
