心理护理对膝骨性关节炎伴抑郁患者整体疗效及护理满意度影响评价

摘要
为研究心理护理对膝骨性关节炎(KOA)伴抑郁患者的整体疗效及护理满意度的影响,以2017年11月—2018年9月间入本院治疗的94例KOA伴抑郁患者为研究主体,分成A组和B组,均是47例。A组给予心理护理,B组给予常规护理,对比护理效果,结果表明:A组的膝关节功能恢复优良率为89. 36%,B组为70. 21%,对比有差异(P <0. 05)。护理后,两组的抑郁评分、疼痛评分均低于护理前,且A组低于B组,对比组间和组内数据有差异(P <0. 05)。A组的护理满意度为95. 74%,B组为80. 85%,对比差异显著(P <0. 05)。说明为KOA伴抑郁患者进行心理护理可改善其膝关节功能,消除其抑郁情绪和疼痛症状,具有较佳的护理价值。
To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on the overall efficacy and nursing satisfaction of patients with knee osteoarthritis( KOA) with depression. methods: 94 patients with KOA with depression who were admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to September 2018 were the main subjects of the study. Divided into group A and group B,both were 47 cases. Group A was given psychological care and group B was given routine care. The effects of care were compared after that. Results: The excellent and good rate of knee function recovery in group A was 89. 36%,and that in group B was 70. 21%. The difference was significant( P < 0. 05). After nursing,the depression scores and pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the A group was lower than the B group. There was a difference between the comparison groups and the intra-group data( P < 0. 05). The satisfaction of nursing in group A was 95. 74%,and that in group B was 80. 85%. The difference was significant( P < 0. 05).
