卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合缩宫素预防高危妊娠产后出血的价值

摘要
目的:观察卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合缩宫素预防高危妊娠产后出血的价值。方法:选取于2017年3月～2018年4月在某院就诊的高危妊娠产妇66例,随机分为缩宫素治疗的对照组(33例)与卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合缩宫素治疗的观察组(33例),观察患者产后出血率、术后出血量及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组产后出血率低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组产后术后出血量少于对照组,P<0.05;观察组不良反应发生率与对照组相比,P>0.05。结论:给予高危妊娠产妇卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合缩宫素治疗,能减少产后出血的发生及出血量,不良反应少,效果较好,安全性高,值得借鉴。
Objective: To observe the value of carprost aminobutanol injection combined with oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in high-risk pregnancy. Methods: 66 cases of high-risk pregnant women in a hospital(from March 2017 to April 2018) were randomly divided into the control group(33 cases) treated with oxytocin and the observation group(33 cases) treated with carprost aminobutyl triol injection combined with oxytocin, and the postpartum bleeding rate, postoperative blood loss and incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results: The rate of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the postpartum postoperative blood loss in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of carprost aminobutanol injection combined with oxytocin on high risk pregnancy can reduce the occurrence and amount of postpartum hemorrhage, with less adverse reactions, better effect and high safety, which is worthy of reference.
