摘要
采用耐高温聚酯多元醇、4,4′-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯为主要原料,分别与不同的乙烯基单体进行共聚,制备了一系列具有高稳定性、无三乙胺的乙烯基单体改性水性聚氨酯(WPUA)复合环保材料,利用FTIR,TEM,TG,DSC,XRD等方法研究了WPUA乳液及其胶膜的结构和性能,并考察了WPUA乳液配制的水性色漆在铝箔纸上的性能。实验结果表明,乙烯基单体改性的WPUA乳液的稳定性能较好,与乙醇可共存不会破乳,改性后的WPUA乳液粒径均有所增大,但分布均匀。改性后的WPUA胶膜的耐热性增强,玻璃化转变温度升高,结晶性能减弱。乙烯基单体改性不影响WPUA在铝箔纸上的柔韧性、光泽度、附着力,但提高了抗热粘花性能。WPUA满足印刷行业的要求,制备和应用过程中无需使用有机溶剂,符合烟包类产品国家标准,非常适合作为包装印刷用光油被推广应用。
        A series of environment-friendly composite materials of vinyl monomers modified waterborne polyurethane(WPUA) with high stability and no triethylamine are prepared by using high temperature-resistant polyester polyol and 4,4′-methylenebis(cyclohexyl isocyanate) as main raw materials,which are copolymerized with different vinyl monomers respectively.The structures and properties of WPUA emulsions and films were characterized by FTIR,TEM,TG,DSC and XRD.And the performance of waterborne colored paint made from WPUA emulsion on aluminum foil paper was investigated.The results show that the WPUA emulsion modified with vinyl monomer has good stability,and the emulsion can coexist with ethanol without demulsification.The particle sizes of the modified WPUA emulsion increase and the particle size distribution is uniform.The heat resistance of the modified WPUA films is enhanced,the glass transition temperature is increased,and the crystallinity is weakened.The flexibility,gloss,adhesion of WPUA on aluminum foil paper are not affected,while the heat resistance is improved by modification with vinyl monomers.WPUA meets the requirements of the printing industry.Organic solvents are not required during the preparation and application process of WPUA.It meets the national standards for cigarettes packaging products and it is suitable for the promotion and application as gloss oil for packaging and printing.
