摘要
概述了HAZOP分析方法,并以乙烯裂解装置HAZOP分析为应用实例,阐述方法的具体应用过程,从系统安全的角度对64万t/a乙烯裂解装置工艺系统的危险与可操作性问题进行归纳与梳理。通过对本次裂解装置开展HAZOP分析,共提出建议措施6大类82条,识别出装置主要的8大类危险点。通过应用中国石化安全风险矩阵,分析出装置原始风险指数值为104 719,根据保护措施消减作用后剩余风险2的风险指数值为26 083,识别出装置在工艺方面的潜在风险,提升了装置的本质安全水平。
This paper summarizes HAZOP.Taking HAZOP used in the ethylene cracking plant as an example,it expounds the specific application process of this analytic method.The paper sums up the hazard and operability problems of the process system of 640 kt/a ethylene cracking plant.Through HAZOP for the cracking plant,it brings forward 6 types of suggestions and measures including 82 items,identifies 8 types of main dangerous points for the cracking plant.By applying Sinopec’s safety risk matrix,the paper identifies the plant’s original risk index value is 104,719.And due to the fact that risk index value 2 is 26,083 after residual risk is reduced through reducing protection measures,the potential risks of the plant are identified,which improves the intrinsic safety level of the plant.
