摘要
应用型高校教师教学考核评价是一项有利于教学质量提升的重要工作。研究总结了应用型本科高校和普通本科高校教师教学考核评价存在的共性问题,分析了应用型本科高校教师教学考核评价的特点、重点和存在的问题,提出了应用型本科高校教师教学考核评价体系构建的建议,即:管理目的与教师教学发展目标相一致,教师教学考核评价内容和方法相适应,教师教学考核评价结果和目的相统一。
Teaching evaluation in application-oriented colleges is conducive to the improvement of teaching quality. This paper summarizes some common problems in the teaching evaluation existing in both application-oriented universities and other kinds of universities, and then focuses on the characteristics, key points and problems in evaluating application-oriented undergraduate teachers' teaching, and puts forward recommendations in building assessment system, i.e.to keep management goal consistent with teachers' development goal; to keep evaluation method adapted to the teachers' teaching contents; to integrate teaching evaluation results with evaluation objectives.
