研究创新改善学习卓越服务:爱丁堡大学图书馆战略规划解析

摘要
爱丁堡大学图书馆对图书馆行业的资源建设和服务发展具有一定的带动作用。该馆从研究和创新、改善学习与教学条件、提供卓越服务方面拟定了一系列的战略计划,并紧紧围绕着数字化转换、助力学生学习、提供数字研究服务、成为国内国际业界引领者和信息服务部改革这五项关键任务展开,为其他图书馆的制定战略规划和业界事业发展、改善服务提供了清晰的蓝本。
The Library of Edinburgh University has a certain leading role at the library field about resources construction and service development. The library has planned a series of work in terms of research and innovation,improving learning and teaching conditions, as well as providing excellence services. In order to realize this plan, the library conducted it with five key tasks including digital transformation of core services and systems, improving learning,providing digital research services,taking the leading position in the national and international library filed, and the reform of information service department. It has made a reference to the formulation of strategic plan, developing library cause and improving service for other libraries.
