摘要
在1 400 r/min负荷特性下研究生物乳化柴油对柴油机性能的影响,结果表明:满负荷时,生物乳化柴油的缸内燃烧压力和放热率略低于柴油,缸内燃烧温度有所降低;动力性方面,与柴油相比略微降低,E10和E15的经济性与柴油接近;当水和丁醇掺混比例增加时,颗粒物(particulate matter,PM)和氮氧化物(NOx)排放降低的越多。生物乳化柴油作为替代燃料能保证柴油机运行的稳定性,它可以同时降低柴油机的PM和NOx排放,具有良好的环境效益和经济效益。
        The influence of bio-emulsified diesel on diesel engine performance under the load characteristic at1400 r/min were studied,The research results show that in 100% load,the cylinder combustion pressure and heat release rate of bio-emulsified diesel are slightly lower than that of diesel,and the combustion temperature also decreases; the power performance of bio-emulsified diesel is slightly lower than diesel and the fuel economy of E10 and E15 are close to diesel. As the mixing ratio of water and butanol increases,PM and NOxemissions further decrease,yet CO emission increases. CO2 emissions of all fuels are relatively close. The use of bioemulsified diesel can reduce both PM and NOxemissions. As a substitute fuel,it can guarantee the stability of diesel engine operation.
