摘要
针对文昌油田群高含水油井笼统酸化后含水率突升的问题,通过室内实验研究确定乳化柴油的配方。考察不同油水比下乳化柴油的黏度、粒径分布、流变性,根据实验结果优选乳化柴油的油水比。通过单/并联岩芯实验,观察乳化柴油对高渗岩心的封堵性,封堵后渗透率下降83%以上。将乳化柴油作为酸化分流液并应用于现场酸化作业中,效果显著,日增油量有所提升,含水率保持不变。
In order to resolve the sharp rise in water cut during the procedure of acidizing for Wenchang oilfield,the emulsified diesel diverting fluid is developed based on a numerous of experiments. Viscosity,particle size distribution and rheological property of emulsified diesel with different oil/water ratio are studied,the oil-water ratio of emulsified diesel is optimized based on the experimental results. The results of the displacement experiment with one-core and parallel-cores show that diverting efficiency of the emulsified diesel is over 83%. When emulsified diesel is used as acidizing diverting liquid and applied to field acidizing operation,the diverting ability is efficient,not only in improving the production,but also in stabilizing the water cut.
