探讨血液净化中心实施PDCA循环管理的应用效果

摘要
目的探讨分析血液净化中心施以PDCA循环管理模式的应用价值。方法将2017年1月--2019年1月血液净化中心新入院的56例患者作为观察对象,按入院顺序将患者随机分为对照组及观察组,各28例。分别施以常规护理及PDCA循环管理,对比两组患者的护理满意度及透析并发症指标。结果统计结果显示观察组患者护理满意度指标在对照组护理满意度指标之上。观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组。结论血液净化中心实施PDCA循环管理有利于提升患者护理满意度,减少患者透析并发症的发生,保障了护理质量,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application value of the PDCA cycle management model in the blood purification center.Methods A total of 56 patients admitted to the Blood Purification Center from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission, 28 cases each. Routine nursing and PDCA cycle management were performed respectively, and the nursing satisfaction and dialysis complications were compared between the two groups.Results The statistical results showed that the nursing satisfaction index of the observation group was above the nursing satisfaction index of the control group. The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle management in blood purification center is beneficial to improve patient care satisfaction, reduce the occurrence of dialysis complications, ensure the quality of care, and have clinical application value.
