彩超诊断老年退行性心脏瓣膜病的临床价值分析

摘要
目的:彩超诊断老年退行性心脏瓣膜病的临床价值。方法:于本院2015年12月—2018年12月期间内接收的老年退行性心脏瓣膜病患者中选取1500例作为研究对象,均接受彩超检查以及CT检查。对比两种方法疾病类型检出情况,并观察两种方法阳性检出率情况以及诊断灵敏度、特异度情况。结果:彩超检查时疾病总检出率高于CT检查;彩超阳性检出率、诊断灵敏度、特异度均高于CT;P <0.05,均有统计学意义。结论:老年退行性心脏瓣膜病患者可接受彩超诊断,能够准确检出疾病并区分疾病类型,临床实用价值较高,可推广。
Objective The clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of senile degenerative valvular heart disease. Methods A total of 1,500 patients with senile degenerative valvular heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study. All patients underwent color Doppler ultrasonography and CT examination. Compare the detection of disease types in the two methods, and observe the positive detection rate of both methods and the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis. Results The total detection rate of color ultrasonography was higher than that of CT examination. The positive detection rate, diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of color Doppler ultrasound were higher than CT; P<0.05, both were statistically significant. Conclusion The elderly patients with degenerative valvular heart disease can be diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound, which can accurately detect the disease and distinguish the type of disease. The clinical value is high and can be promoted.
