乳腺腺肌上皮瘤恶变一例

<正>乳腺腺肌上皮瘤(adenomyoepithelioma,AME)在临床上十分少见,而恶性AME更为罕见。本院于2011年11月28日收治1例乳腺AME恶变的患者,现报告如下。1临床资料患者,女性,58岁,3年前发现左乳肿块,约拇指大小,无疼痛,不活动,无乳头溢液,无右乳肿块,无发热,无潮热、盗汗,无咳嗽,无腹痛,无骨痛,无腋下肿块,未做治疗,肿块缓慢长大,呈鹅蛋大小。于2011年11月23日在当
