结合改进Hough变换的在线工件直线特征提取研究

摘要
为提高轴类零件在线非接触检测的可靠性和实时性,通过对现有图像处理算法的分析,在对现有方法应用的同时,虽其中的部分算法进行了改进,提出了一种基于改进Canny算子与改进Hough变换相结合的直线特征提取算法。通过对获得的零件轴图像预处理,增强图像信息;用改进的算法对图像进行边缘直线的特征提取。通过实验表明,改进的算法自适应能力较强,能够有效抑制噪声,并可以快速准确地提取零件轴的边缘信息,能够满足工件在线检测的要求。
        In order to improve the reliability and efficiently of non-contact on-line detect of axis parts,it experiments with some new methods when carrying out the application of the image processing methods.A method based on improved Canny and improved Hough transform is proposed. The image is pre-processed to maintain the detail information. Then using the improved algorithm to extract straight lines from the pre-processed image.The results of experiment shows that the presented algorithm has good adaptive ability,and it also can suppress noise effectively,while rapidly and accurately extract the edge information of axis parts.Above all,the presented algorithm can satisfy the request of on-line detect of axis parts.
