摘要
目的:观察两种不同粒径二妙丸对佐剂性关节炎模型(AA)大鼠的改善作用及其免疫调节功能的影响。方法:将70只大鼠随机分为七组:空白组、模型组、阳性组、雷公藤多苷片组、二妙丸传统制剂与超微制剂低剂量和高剂量组,建立大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型(AA),考察二妙丸超微制剂与传统制剂对AA大鼠体重、足趾容积、脏器指数(脾脏、胸腺指数)、血清炎症因子(SOD、MDA、NO)及细胞因子IL-1β、IL-6的影响。结果:二妙丸超微制剂和传统制剂均可改善AA大鼠的足肿胀状况及炎症反应;能够升高血清中SOD含量,降低NO、MDA、IL-1β、IL-6含量;降低胸腺指数和脾脏指数;二妙丸超微制剂较其传统制剂最小有效剂量降低。结论:通过超微处理能够明显提高二妙丸的药效。
Objective:To observe the influence of two kinds of Er Miao Pill improvement and immune functions to model of adjuvant arthritis(AA)rats.Methods:Seventy rats were divided into 7 groups:blank group,model group,positive group,Er Miao Pill of traditional and ultro-micr of low-dose and high dose group,set up model of adjuvant arthritis(AA)rat,The volume of RA rats toes,organ index(spleen and thymus index),serum inflammation factors(SOD,MDA,NO,IL-1β,IL-6)were investigated to make clear the pharmacodynamic action and mechanism of ultrafine powder.Results:Both Er Miao Pill of traditional and ultro-micr can inhibit foot swelling situation of AA rats;rise SOD activity,reduced the MDA,NO,IL-1β,IL-6 content in serum,reduced thymus index and spleen index,and the effect of ultrafine powder was better than coarse powder when the dose was equal.Conclusion:It can improve drug action obviously by ultro-micr process to Er Miao Pill.
