<正>新型隐球菌性脑膜炎(Crytococcal neoformans meningitis,CM)是由新型隐球菌引起的亚急性或慢性颅内真菌感染性疾病,近年来该病发病率有逐年上升之势。其临床表现复杂,诊断困难,病情重,疗程长,病死率和致残率高。其中颅内压增高是CM患者预后差的一项重要因素,主要是由于颅内压增高会导致视力、听力减退,甚至脑
