基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式在《二手车鉴定与评估》教学中的应用

摘要
随着交通出行方式的不断发展以及汽车时代的到来,二手车的出现与交易基数也不断的增加,因此社会急需拥有专业二手车鉴定与评估技术的相关人才;同时二手车市场作为整个汽车市场中的重要组成部分,在当今的社会经济市场中也占据着越来越重要的份额,因此如何培养与教育出更多专业技能过硬的二手车鉴定与评估人才是当今职业教育中的一个极为重要的研究课题。《二手车鉴定与评估》与纯理论性质的教学科目不同,它更加强调的是基于理论知识之上的实践操作技能,因此在其教学的过程中不仅仅要向学生灌输扎实的理论知识,也要着重培养学生的实际动手能力。经过对教学模式的不断创新化探索,我们发现相比于传统课堂的教学模式,基于微课理论下的翻转课堂模式对于提高学生由理论知识向实践技能转化的知识内化能力更具成效,有利于学生综合技能及专业水平不断发展和提高。
        With the continuous development of the transportation mode and the arrival of the automobile era, the appearance and trading base of used cars have also been increasing. Therefore, the society urgently needs to possess the relevant talents of the professional used car identification and evaluation technology. At the same time, the used car market, as an important part of the whole automobile market, is also occupying an increasingly important share in the current social and economic market. Therefore, how to cultivate and educate more professional skills to identify and evaluate second-hand car talents is an extremely important research topic in today's vocational education. The "Identification and Evaluation of Used Car" is different from a purely theoretical teaching subject. It emphasizes more practical operating skills based on theoretical knowledge. Therefore, in the course of teaching, it is not only necessary to instill solid theoretical knowledge to students. We must also focus on training students ‘practical ability to do things. Through the continuous innovation of the teaching model, we find that, compared with the traditional classroom teaching model, the reversing classroom model based on microlesson theory is more effective in improving the ability of students to internalize knowledge from theoretical knowledge to practical skills. It is conducive to the continuous development and improvement of students ‘comprehensive skills and professional level.
