摘要
对不同板坯加热温度的含铌取向硅钢热轧板进行二次冷轧,通过EBSD等手段研究不同板坯加热温度的热轧板在二次冷轧后的织构演变规律。结果表明:不同板坯温度热轧板经中间退火后进行二次冷轧处理后,获得的组织晶粒显著细化,二次冷轧平均晶粒尺寸为13μm,二次冷轧后获得的{111}<112>织构强度与板坯加热温度呈负相关,当板坯加热温度由1170℃增至1220℃,二次冷轧中{111}<112>织构强度下降27%。
Effect of slab heating temperature on texture evolution of Nb-contained grain-oriented silicon steel plate prepared by double cold rolling method were studied by means of EBSD and other research methods. The results show that the grain size of the hot rolled plate with different slab heating temperatures was refined obviously in the double cold-rolled microstructure and the average grain size is 13 μm. The texture intensity of {111} < 112 > in the double cold-rolled plates decreases with the increase of slab heating temperature,and the texture intensity of {111} < 112 > decreases by 27% when the slab heating temperature is increased from 1170 ℃ to 1220 ℃.
