摘要
目的建立水果中二硫代氨基甲酸盐类(DCTs)农药残留分析的方法。方法二硫代氨基甲酸盐(酯,DCTs)类农药在密闭的容器中加热,经SnCl_2-HCl酸化分解成二硫化碳(CS2),用自动顶空装置直接进样,气相色谱uECD检测器测定CS2的含量,从而间接得到二硫代氨基甲酸盐类农药(DCTs)的含量。结果该方法的回收率为83.86%~90.33%,RSD为1.11%~2.58%,方法的检出限为0.02 mg/kg,均符合农药残留分析要求。结论该方法可广泛用于水果中DTCs农药残留的检测。
Objective To establish the method of detection for dithiocarbamates(DCTs) residues in fruits. Methods After heated in a closed containers and SnCl_2-HCl acidified, the dithiocarbamate(ester, DCTs) pesticides were decomposed into CS_2. The samples were injected into gas chromatogram uECD detector through automatic headspace device for CS_2 detection and the content of DCTs was indirectly obtained. Results The recovery rate of this method was from 83.86% to 90.33%,with the RSD from 1.11% to 2.58% and the detection limit of 0.02 mg/kg. All the results met the requirements of pesticides residue analysis. Conclusions This method can be widely used for detecting DTCs pesticides residue in fruits.
