随着近期国际油价回暖,国际大石油公司以价值增长为核心,在坚持已有的降本增效手段之外,实施了一系列创新战略举措。通过增加油气产量、化工品产量以及新能源业务,实现公司有效益的增储上产和可持续发展;通过降本增效,优化资产组合,提高运营效率和质量;通过强化技术创新和信息化智能化应用,实现驱动模式的转换,开辟新的创效空间;通过大力推进共享、建立风险分担机制,实现资源共享和风险分担。国际大石油公司实现价值增长的典型做法值得国内石油公司借鉴。
With the recovery of the international oil price, the IOCs implemented a series of innovative strategic measures to increase their values besides reducing costs & increasing efficiency. Through the increase of oil and gas production,chemical production and new energy business, IOCs can achieve the efficient increase of reserves & production and sustainable development. Meanwhile, the IOCs cut the cost and increase efficiency by optimizing the asset portfolio and improving the operation efficiency and quality. They realize the transformation of driving mode and open up new space of innovation and efficiency by strengthening technological innovation and intelligent application of information, facilitate resource sharing and risk-sharing by establishing the resource/risk-sharing mechanism. Domestic oil companies may take their typical practice of value growth as a reference.
