从胃泌素-17探讨升阳益胃汤防治萎缩性胃炎的作用机制

摘要
目的:观察升阳益胃汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者血清胃泌素-17表达的影响,探究其防治脾胃虚弱型萎缩性胃炎的作用机制。方法:选取2017年3月～2018年3月就诊于山西省中医院门诊及住院部的脾胃虚弱型萎缩性胃炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组予升阳益胃汤口服,对照组予胃复春片口服,12周后比较两组患者治疗前后胃泌素-17(G17)、胃蛋白酶原(PG1)指标变化及临床症状改善程度。结果:升阳益胃汤可显著升高萎缩性胃炎患者血清G17、PG1水平;改善患者纳呆、胃痛、胃胀、嘈杂不适;减轻乏力、便稀症状;缓解胃黏膜萎缩的程度。结论:升阳益胃汤防治萎缩性胃炎的作用机制可能与改善胃络循环,调节G17分泌水平有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shengyangyiwei Decoction on serum G17 expression in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, and explore its mechanism in treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis on patients with Piweixuruo syndrome. Methods:60 patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis caused by Piweixuruo syndrome were selected from outpatient and inpatient departments of Shanxi Provincial Hospital, from March 2017-March 2018. Patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Patients in the treatment group were orally treated with Shengyangyiwei Decoction,and those in the control group were orally given Weifuchun tablets. After 12 weeks, the changes of G17, PG1 indexes and clinical symptoms in the two groups were compared. Results:In Shengyangyiwei Decoction group, serum levels of G17 and PG1 were significantly increased,symptom of anorexia, stomach pain, stomach distension and noise, fatigue and loose stools in patients were improved,also the gastric mucosa atrophy degree was alleviated. Conclusion: The mechanism of Shengyangyiwei Decoction in treating atrophic gastritis may be related to improving gastric collaterals circulation and regulating G17 secretion.
