摘要
单边氢化手性salen配体是一类发展了很久具有优秀手性控制能力的配体,它的合成路线相对单一,均由二胺类化合物单边保护脱保护的方法合成,该方法能得到较高的收率但反应路线过长,步骤复杂,造成时间和试剂的浪费,从反应机理出发通过探讨利用质子作为保护试剂对单边氢化salen配体的合成进行研究,经过对反应体系的酸碱处理得到目标产物产率较高,路线较短.
Unilateral hydrogenated chiral salen ligands is a kind of development for a long time with excellent control ability of the chiral ligand and its synthesis route are relatively single,consists of two amines unilateral protection deprotection synthesis,the method can obtain higher yield but the reaction route is too long,complex steps,resulting in time and reagent waste from the reaction the mechanism of the utilization of proton as protective reagent for synthesis of single hydrogenated salen ligands on the reaction system,after acid treatment to obtain the target product yield is higher and shorter route.
