摘要
随着加工质量要求的提高,数控机床运行越来越需要综合评判外界环境信息的影响,尤其是在智能工厂中,数控机床运行过程需要采集大量多源数据。为此,设计了一种面向数控机床的多源信息采集系统,其集成了多路电压、电流信号输入及输出接口,采用Moudbus TCP实现了数控系统与采集系统的通信,基于Modbus RTU实现了系统内部采集板卡的扩展。详述了采集系统的硬件电路设计、软件流程设计以及连接测试等,验证了采集系统的有效性、扩展性。
        With the improvement of the processing quality requirements,the operation of CNC machine tools is more and more necessary to evaluate the influence of the external environment information. Especially in the intelligent factory,the operation process of CNC machine tools needs to collect a large number of multi source data. To this end,a multi source information acquisition system for CNC machine tools is designed,which integrates multiple voltage,current signal input and output interfaces. The communication between numerical control system and acquisition system is realized by Moudbus TCP,and the expansion of the internal acquisition board of the system is realized based on Modbus RTU. The hardware circuit design,software flow design and connection test of the acquisition system are described in detail,which verifies the validity and expansibility of the acquisition system.
