摘要
探讨新型高吸湿性改性粘胶纤维(布拉门特纤维)棉混纺纱的生产工艺。介绍了两种纤维的性能和纺纱工艺流程。针对布拉门特纤维整齐度好、含杂质少、强力低的特点,开清棉采用人工开松,梳理工序适当放大梳理隔距,减轻生条定量,确保纤维顺利转移,避免缠绕锡林道夫;布拉门特纤维单独纺成生条后,再和棉条混并三次可增加纤维的平整度、抱合力和混和均匀度;粗纱工序要选择适当的捻系数;细纱工序采用较小的后区牵伸,钢丝圈偏轻选择,最终使得纺制成的混纺纱质量指标达到要求。认为:优化纺纱各工序工艺参数、控制车间温湿度是保证布拉门特纤维混纺纱品质的关键。
        The production process of new modified viscose with higher humidity absorption property(Bramante fiber)and cotton blended yarn was discussed.The properties of Bramante fiber like better uniformity,less impurity and lower strength were introduced.Manual opening was adopted for cotton opening and picking.Carding gauge was magnified in carding process.Card sliver weight per unit was decreased to ensure fibers transportation smoothly and avoid fiber winding cylinder and doffer.Bramante fiber was firstly produced into card sliver.Then it was blended with cotton sliver three times to enhance fiber uniformity,cohesive force and blending uniformity.In roving process,suitable twist factor was selected.Smaller draft multiple in back zone was used in spinning process.Ring traveler was selected as lighter as possible.The quality index of blended yarn with different blending ratios in the end meet the requirement.It is considered that the key to ensure the quality of Bramante blended yarn include optimization of technology parameters in each spinning processing of and controlling of workshop temperature and humidity.
