ICU活动量表的汉化及信效度研究

摘要
目的汉化ICU活动量表(ICU Mobility Scale,IMS)并检验其信效度。方法遵循Brislin双人翻译与回译原则,采用专家咨询法进行文化调适,形成中文版IMS量表。选取60名ICU护士对量表的可靠性进行检验;同时选取ICU护士和物理治疗师各1名使用中文版IMS量表与中文版Perme Score量表分别对200例ICU患者进行评估,检验量表信效度。结果中文版IMS量表包含11个条目,总分0～10分,95.0%的ICU护士能在1 min内完成对患者活动水平的评估。中文版IMS量表评分者一致性(加权Kappa值)为0.84、效标效度为0.872。结论中文版IMS量表简单易懂,具有较好的可接受性,可用于对ICU患者活动水平的评估。
