摘要
基于ITS和18S rRNA基因片段对我国网柄细胞状黏菌进行分类学研究。以11种网柄细胞状黏菌为研究对象,对网柄菌进行多基因片段的扩增与分析,并构建系统发育树。共得到基因序列42条,其中ITS基因序列26条,18S rRNA基因序列16条,系统发育树表明,在物种鉴定上,分子系统学方法具有较高的准确性,但是亲缘关系分支与形态分类学并不完全一致。
        In order to explore the taxonomy based on multigene sequences and fill up the blank of dictyostelid cellular slime molds( dictyostelids) in molecular researches from China,eleven species of dictyostelids were chosen in this study. Internal transcribed spacer( ITS) and 18 S rRNA gene sequences of these dictyostelids were amplified and analyzed,and then molecular phylogeny of these dictyostelids were constructed with parallel internal transcribed spacer and 18 S rRNA gene datasets.There are 42 sequences obtained from these dictyostelids,including 26 sequences of ITS and 16 sequences of 18 S rRNA gene sequences. The systematic tree showed that methods of molecular systems provide higher accuracy in species identification,but the phylogenetic branch is not completely consistent with the morphological taxonomy.
