玻璃体腔注射康柏西普对糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效

摘要
目的探讨玻璃体腔注射康柏西普对糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法选择我院收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者118例(118眼),随机分为观察组及对照组各59例,分别使用康柏西普或曲安奈德行玻璃体腔注射治疗。对两组治疗前后的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、视网膜厚度、血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平、不良反应发生情况以及生活质量进行比较。结果治疗前两组BCVA、视网膜厚度及血清VEGF水平均无统计学差别(P>0.05);治疗后两组BCVA明显提高,视网膜厚度及血清VEGF明显降低(P<0.05),而观察组改变幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论玻璃体腔注射康柏西普对于糖尿病视网膜病变具有良好的临床疗效,安全性高,对抑制新生血管、提高患者的生活质量均有积极的作用。
Objective To explore the efficacy of intravitreal injection of conbercept in treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods A total of 118 DR patients(with 118 eyes sick) admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(n =59, respectively), and were treated with intravitreal injection of conbercept and triamcinolone acetonide respectively. The BCVA, retinal thickness, VEGF, adverse reactions and life quality in the two groups beforeand after the treatment were compared. Results The BCVA, retinal thickness and VEGF levels in the two groups before the tre atment had no significant difference(P > 0.05); after the treatment, the BCVA in the two groups was improved greatly, but retinal thickness and VEGF levels decreased significantly(P < 0.05); the changes in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group and the life quality was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Intravitreal injection of conbercept has good effects on the treatment of DR, is highly safe and has positive effects on inhibiting the occurrence of new vessels and improving the life quality of the patients.
