摘要
通过浸渍-钝感工艺制备了含氮量分别为13. 0%和13. 15%的改性单基发射药样品,采用扫描电镜、密闭爆发器试验和内弹道试验研究了不同含氮量、不同工艺条件对改性单基发射药性能的影响。结果表明,与含氮量13. 0%的改性单基发射药相比,含氮量13. 15%改性单基发射药的NC更难被NG塑化,端面内孔不易封堵;高氮量改性单基药具有更高的火药力,其燃烧渐增性随NG和钝感剂含量的增加而提高;高氮量改性单基发射药在装药量较少的条件下,弹丸初速比低氮量改性单基发射药提高16. 9 m/s,高温(50℃)、常温(20℃)和低温(-40℃)试验中,膛压、初速随温度升高而升高,并且具有低温度系数的特点。
        The modified single-base gun propellant(MSBP) samples with nitrogen content of 13. 0 % and 13. 15 %were prepared by an impregnation-desensitizing process. The effects of different content of nitrogen and different process conditions on the properties of MSBP were studied by scanning electron microscope,closed bomb and interior ballistic test. The results show that compared with MSBP with nitrogen content of 13. 0 %,nitrocellulose(NC) of MSBP with nitrogen content of 13. 15 % is more difficult to be plasticized by nitroglycerine(NG),and the inner hole at the end face is not easy to be blocked. MSBP with high content of nitrogen has higher impetus,and its burning progressivity increases by increasing the content of NG and deterrent. Under the conditions of less charge,compared with MSBP with low content of nitrogen,the muzzle velocity of projectile of MSBP with high content of nitrogen increases by16. 9 m/s. In high temperature(50 ℃),normal temperature(20 ℃) and low temperature(-40 ℃) tests,the chamber pressure and muzzle velocity increase by increasing the temperature,and it have the characteristics of low temperature coefficient.
