小儿先天性马蹄内翻足手术治疗护理体会

摘要
目的分析小儿先天性马蹄内翻足手术治疗护理体会。方法选择2012年4月—2017年4月期间该院收治的21例患儿作为研究对象,全部患儿均根据病情接受相应手术治疗,全部患儿均给予围手术期护理,治疗结束后评价小儿先天性马蹄内翻足手术治疗效果及护理满意度。结果该研究中的优10例,良8例,可3例,差0例,优良率为85.71%;研究中的满意15例,一般满意5例,不满意1例,护理满意度为95.24%。结论给予小儿先天性马蹄内翻足手术治疗能显著改善患儿的临床症状,而在手术的基础上给予围术期综合护理干预能有效预防并发症,提高患儿家属的护理满意度。
Objective To analysis of pediatric congenital horseshoe varus foot surgery nursing experience. Methods Choose between April 2012 and April 2012 our hospital during the period of 21 cases as the research object, all of them according to the operation condition to receive treatment, all children were given perioperative care, after the treatment to evaluate the treatment effect of children with congenital horseshoe varus foot surgery and nursing satisfaction. Results The study of optimal 10 cases, 8 cases, 3 cases, 0 cases, fine rate was 85.71%;In this study, 15 cases generally satisfied in 5 cases, are not satisfied in 1 case, nursing satisfaction was 95.24%. Conclusion To give children with congenital horseshoe varus foot surgery can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms, and on the basis of the surgery to give comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention can effectively prevent the complications, improve the nursing satisfaction of children's family.
