巷道过断层支护方案的设计及实践分析

摘要
以1605回风巷为研究对象,分析了巷道断层破碎趋于支护存在的问题,并提出了"采用钻探技术精确断层的具体位置,采用锚索网超前支护、注浆加固、支棚联合支护的措施提高断层破碎的支护强度"的支护方案,并设计了锚索网超前支护、支棚的参数。通过监测围岩变形量对联合支护效果进行检验,验证结果表明,巷道围岩最大变形量小于理论应当变化的最大值,巷道断层破碎区域支护取得了良好的效果。
        Based on the research object of 1605 return road, this paper analyzes the problems that the roadway fault is tending to support, and puts forward the specific location of the precise fault with the drilling technology, and adopts the measures of the advance support of the anchor cable network, the grouting reinforcement and the joint support of the support shed to improve the supporting strength of the fault-breaking. And the parameters of the anchor cable net advance support and the support shed are designed. The results show that the maximum deformation of the surrounding rock of the tunnel is less than the maximum value of the theory, and the support of the fault-breaking area of the tunnel has a good effect.
