摘要
外泌体(exosomes)广泛存在于动物的唾液、血液、尿液及乳汁等体液中。大量研究表明,miRNA是一类长度为18~25 nt的内源性非编码RNA,其在不同样本中表达呈现独特的miRNA指纹,可以作为理想的生物标志物。了解外泌体miRNA的分子作用机制,对动物早期妊娠诊断和治疗具有重要意义。此外,外泌体miRNA参与了生物的生长发育、细胞增殖分化、凋亡、糖脂代谢、神经元形成、造血、妊娠以及疾病发生过程的调节。本研究总结了近几年外泌体miRNA的研究进展,对了解母畜繁殖调控有着重要意义。
        Exosomes are found in animal saliva,blood and urine,milk,etc.Most studies have shown that miRNAs are endogenous non-coding RNA of 18-25 nt in length,and its expression according to different samples shows differences of unique miRNA fingerprint.Understanding the molecular mechanism of exosomes miRNAs plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of early pregnancy.Moreover,Exosomes miRNAs are involved in the growth and development of organisms,cell proliferation and differentiation,apoptosis,glucose and lipid metabolism,neuronal formation,hematopoiesis,pregnancy,and disease progression.This article reviews the recent advances in the study of exosomes miRNA which had great significance to understand the regulation of female breeding.
