摘要
针对罗布泊盐湖生产锂存在吸附效率低的问题,利用头脑风暴法,找出可能影响锂吸附效率的因素。在查找相关资料和试验的基础上,确定影响锂吸附率的主要因素,针对每个要因提出合理可行的措施。加装了流量计,调整采样点,重新设计布置吸附柱管路,实施这些控制措施后,通过检测得出锂吸附率均值达到82.36%,符合工艺要求。
        According to the problem of low adsorption efficiency in production of lithium fromLuobupo saline lakebittern, the brainstorming method was used to find out the factors affecting the adsorption efficiency. On the basis of seeking relevant information and tests, the main factors influencing the adsorption of lithium were determined, reasonable and feasible measures were put forward, such as installing the flow meter, adjusting the sampling point, redesigning the layout of adsorption column pipeline and so on. After adopting these control measures, average lithium adsorption rate reached 82.36%, which accorded with the process requirements.
